As a native of Holmes Chapel,
he attended to Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, and also worked at a local bakery.
He finished his education after taking his GCSEs, as his career had taken off.
Harry become interested In singing at a young age because he used to perform an
talent shows , competitions and weddings.
In 2010, he auditioned as a
solo artist for the British television series The X Factor, but he was
eliminated as a solo performer. He was brought back into the competition along
with four other contestants who were eliminated as well. Together, they formed
the group that would later become One Direction.
The group got together for two
weeks to get to know each other and to practice. One direction finished in
third place.
They were signed by Cowell to
a reported 2million Syco records record contract. Recording for their first
debut album began in January 2011, as they flew to Los Angeles to work with
RedOne, a record producer.

Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson have released four
commercially successful albums called Up all night, Take me Home, Midnight
Memories and Four.
